Founder of Mujiri IP Participates in the 6th EUIPO IP Case Law Conference 2026
Exploring the future of IP law, AI disputes, and emerging design frameworks at EUIPO’s flagship "Growing through Change" conference in Alicante.
Sophio Mujiri participated in the 6th edition of the IP Case Law Conference organised by the European Union Intellectual Property Office, held on 21–22 May 2026 at the EUIPO Headquarters in Alicante and streamed online for registered participants worldwide.
As one of EUIPO’s flagship legal events, the conference gathered more than a thousand participants from across the globe, including senior IP judges, legal practitioners, academics, institutional representatives, in-house counsel and intellectual property professionals, creating a high-level international forum dedicated to the evolution of European and global IP jurisprudence.
Held under the theme “Growing through Change,” the conference explored major developments shaping the future of intellectual property law, with discussions focusing on recent case law of the General Court and EUIPO Boards of Appeal, artificial intelligence and copyright disputes, evolving design law frameworks, strategic enforcement mechanisms and emerging challenges in trade mark and domain name protection.
Beyond the substantive legal programme, the conference also provided an excellent platform for international networking and professional exchange. During the event, Sophio Mujiri connected with international partners, foreign associates and IP professionals from different jurisdictions, discussing current legal developments, cross-border cooperation and future opportunities for collaboration.
